"Masters of Starlight" - an illustrated talk by Tim Nicholson on the art of Hollywood Portrait Photography from the 1920s to 1945.

From the early days of the movies, the promotion of film stars was vitally important to the success of the studios and their product, and many of the images taken during this period have since become not only iconic but also synonymous with the glamour of old Hollywood.

Lectures are held at Freshwater Memorial Hall, and start at 8pm (doors open at 7.30pm).

Entrance for each lecture is £3 on the door.
