Gentle Relaxing Yoga classes are suitable for beginners and those that like to stretch gently, relaxing and releasing tension in the body. The name of the class reflects the deeply relaxing nature of the yoga, which also includes calming meditations, relaxing breathing exercises and deep relaxation.
