Join us at the Ventnor Exchange to celebrate the ongoing work of the volunteers who have helped maintain Ventnor Skate park for the last 14 years, plus view all the artwork available for the BIG art auction.

Ventnor Skate park was the result of a group of Mums with skateboarding kids, who fought to get better facilities for young people, that was in 2001.

Fast forward to 2015, and the park continues to be maintained and managed by a group of dedicated volunteers, reliant on donations to ensure that despite the harsh winters, the park remains useable for the many skateboarders, scooterists, and BMXers.

This April marks the start of a 12 month fundraising campaign to raise £50,000 to help secure the skatepark for many years to come.

The BIG Art Auction has received donations of artwork from all over the uk, all of which will be on display at the launch event. The auction site www.thebigartauction.com goes live on the 3rd April and will run until 30th April, giving everyone plenty of time to bid on their favourite pieces. All money raised will go to into the skatepark fund.
