From 10am-12noon, Lord Louis Library are having a drop in advice session as part of Self Care Week.

The theme is 'Be healthy this winter'.

Pop in and speak to an IOW health trainer or a representative from Age UK IOW who will be on hand to give you trips on keeping healthy and treating winter ailments.

Tea and coffee will be available.
