Following the success of the first seminar in August this year, professional wrestling training is returning to the Isle of Wight. A special seminar will be taking place at 5.30pm prior to the event at the Shanklin Theatre.

Aspects covered in the seminar include:-

Promos- learning to talk infront of the crowd

Body conditioning

Learning to run the ropes

Learning how to fall.The seminar costs just £10
