Chen Tai Chi Chen Tai Chi classes cover the traditional syllabus of silk reeling and form training. Develop posture and alignment awareness, movement choreography, Tai Chi principles and breath work. All levels practising and learning together, new beginners welcome, join anytime.

Day/Time: Tuesdays at 6.30pm - 7.30pm

Cost: £8 per class (cash or contactless credit/debit card).

Format: Drop-in, pay as you go.
