Upper Ventnor Church of St. Alban's on St. Alban's Steps will be holding their annual Service to celebrate the Feast of St. Nicholas - Bishop of Myra (c. 270 - 343).

The Service, to be conducted by priest-in-charge; Fr. John M. Ryder, will give thanks for the Saint whom we know today as Santa.

The Service will include Advent Carols, the lighting and blessing of the Church's Christmas Tree and the blessing of the icon of St. Nicholas which was brought back from Moscow, Russia and gifted to St. Alban's church by a member of the congregation earlier this year.

The evening Vespers and celebration of the Feast of St. Nicholas will take place at 4pm this Sunday, 6th December.
