The next meeting of the Philo Café at Cowes Library is on Thursday from 7 - 9pm. This is a Supporters of Cowes Library supported event and sponsored by the Furtherance of Critical Philosophy (www.sfcp.org.uk).

The Café is open to all who want to take part in philosophical discussion that matters in our lives, but in a casual way. Taking part does not need any knowledge of academic philosophy.

Topics open for discussion are: What is it to be a friend? and What is a good community? Subjects are looked at from ones own personal experiences.
