This Ventnor Fringe Festival concert features Josienne and Ben who have been attracting waves of attention in the UK folk scene recently, having deservedly won the Best Duo category in this years BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards.

Josienne and Ben fuse ageless stories of love and loss with their exquisite command of many instruments. Josienne's jewel-like voice will go straight to your heart, and is beautifully complemented by Ben's musical tact and flair for arrangements.

They met in 2009 and since then have resolutely forged their own path through traditional music. Their live performances are a thing of delight.
