RC Bridgestock (Bob & Carol Bridgestock), are will be signing copies of their sixth D.I. Dylan book, Killer Smile.

The couple who were voted the 8th best crime writers of all time in a recent poll on WHSmith website also sold the rights to their D.I. Dylan books to The Gate Films - Owner Sarah Jarvis is from Southowram and she has enrolled Mervyn Watson producer of over 1,000 Coronation Street eps, Emmerdale, Casualty etc. & Ex Series Producer at Granada Claire Lewis - 56Up series/End Of The Line etc.) TV and are hoping to have news of it being commissioned soon.

Their success has been achieved through the authenticity of the Dylan books which stems from Bob and Carol's 47 years of front line policing work. Bob, who retired as a Detective Superintendent of West Yorkshire police handled some of the most notorious murder cases during his service and in particular the last three years before retirement where he resided over 26 murder cases alone.
