On Saturday 13 December, Ventnor is transforming into Ventnorville! This special Christmas Day, organised by the Business Association and many local groups and associations, will be loosely based on the theme of "The Grinch". It is rumourned that the Grinch himself will be visiting the town on his sleigh, so you have been warned!

As part of the day,Isle of Arts has organised a special Christmas Arts and Crafts fair at the Winter Gardens, with many stalls selling everything you could possibly want to buy for Christmas! Entry is completely free and all proceeds go to the stall holders. From hand-made jewellery to unique presents, Christmas decorations to paintings, there is bound to be something for everyone!Open from 10.30 am - 4.00pm.

As well as the Arts & Crafts Fair, there is a Food Market in the Baptist Church, a Santa's Grotto in the High Street, a fancy Dress cempetition,plus many other fun events during the day. The whole day is rounded off with a wonderful Lantern Parade from the town centre to Ventnor Park, where Christmas Carols will be sung - everyone is welcome!
