Stand up Paddleboarding (SUP) on the Isle of Wight. Visit the Island’s Expert SUP School for Paddleboard Lessons. We are the only recognised SUP school on the Island and the only Instructor training centre. We have two venues for SUP lessons on the Isle of Wight, one in the West Wight and one at Bembridge on the East of the Island.

Do you want to have fun paddling under cliffs, visiting caves and sheltered bays? Or maybe cruising the stunning rivers and creeks silently gliding around wildlife spotting. The aim of these two hour sessions is a fun and safe introduction to SUPs in a stunning location, with family, friends or meeting new people who have a similar interest.
