Winner of the Breakspoll 2012 award for “Best DJ” A SKILLZ is set to hit Coburgs in Ryde this November 30th!! Expect a blend of high octane mashed-up funk, bass and breaks from the man who has earned himself the reputation of one of the biggest crowd-pleasers across the globe!

Having produced some of the biggest “mash up” tunes to have hit the festivals and clubs over recent years, including reworks of The Beatles, Marlena Shaw, The Jackson 5 and most recently Lyn Collin’s legendary “Think”, A Skillz has built himself a massive reputation as one of the best producers in the game. Having first landed on the scene with his debut album with Krafty Kuts several years back, A Skillz has recently reunited with the Breaks legend in touring the world with the “Tricka Technology” tour.

In support will be local hip-hop heavyweights Born in a Barn tearing up the place with their full live band, including bass, guitar and drums! Having once again rocked the Bestival and other UK festivals this summer the “Barn” return to their roots to get Ryde jumping!

Jakey Chan and Willz of Steel will also be “mashing up the place” Isle of Wight style, with a mixture of hip-hop, breaks, beats and anything that goes! In addition to that representing the Headfunk crew will be the “Headfunk Allstar” line-up of Tom Headfunk, Nipsy and Josh Brown with an awesome blend of funky music spanning multiple genres and eras!

To close the evening we have the return of Andy Baillie and Oz White, DJing back together for the first time since the days of Temptation (first time round) – with no musical policy for the last hour this could go anywhere...
