HMS Queen Elizabeth and HMS Prince of Wales will be the Nation’s Flagships. Arriving into Portsmouth in summer next year, HMS Queen Elizabeth is the largest ship ever built for the Royal Navy. Stuart Justice, the Aircraft Carrier Alliance Technical Authority, will provide an overview of this iconic programme and the engineering challenges experienced from the initial shipbuilding activities, through assembly and into integration and sea trials.
