Dimbola Sunday Soirées

A series of Sunday afternoon gatherings at Dimbola Museum & Galleries, each soirée will begin at 3pm, with a lecture by a member of the Centre for Studies in Literature at the University of Portsmouth. This will be followed at 4pm, by music from The Nightwatchmen or, if guests are appearing, a set by The Nightwatchmen, followed by the guest performer of the month.

This event will feature a talk from Charlotte Boyce, “Unruly Appetites in Edward Lear’s Nonsense Verse” followed by poetry with Bob White, Pete Turner and Becky Haydock, plus music from The Nightwatchmen.

No need to book, admission is free but a donation of £2 to the Julia Margaret Cameron Trust is appreciated, please give what you can.

Refreshments will be available from our Tea Room before the event and during the interval.
