Seapie Productions presents The Lords of Thyme plus support

From the Southern English Midlands come The Lords of Thyme. With an eye towards the crystalline acid folk of Nick Drake and Pentangle and rougher hue of Trees.

The Lords of Thyme were formed after Circulus alumni Joe Woolley, Tali Trow (local Isle of Wight lad) and Pat Kenneally decided to record together. Sharing a love of esoteric folk, psych and progressive music, the trio emerged from their sessions with a clutch of surprisingly accessible tunes recorded with sensitivity, humour and verve. Following a few low-key initial outings, which saw the band repeatedly compared to the to the likes of Pentangle, a limited edition EP was released to much acclaim.

After penning more material and recruiting folk songstress and Belle of London City Michelle Griffiths on vocals, The Lords of Thyme are now making their official debut on the live circuit.
